Very Inspiring Blogger Award-Why I Write

Don’t ask for whom the bells tolls. It tolls for thee.-Ernest Hemingway

Thank you so much Ajaytao 2010  for nominating me for this award. He has given me so many awards in the last couple of months. It disheartens me that though I’ve accepted them, I haven’t acknowledged the fact on my page. It seems that I’ve forgotten why I write. And essentially whom I write for. I write for me. It’s as simple as that, really. I won’t ever forget again.

I love words, no matter how simple. They make my heart sing, or break. I’m a sap. I make no apologies for it though. Give me a photo and I’ll weave a story. Give me a word and I’ll weave a story. Give me a song. A subject. Even a sad friend needing to purge their soul. I don’t know where the words come from. Well, I sort of do. A thesaurus or dictionary. I’m not afraid to say my vocabulary is limited. Anybody know of a writer’s group in the Ann Arbor area? I need some help. XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO

Here are the rules:

1. Display the award logo on your blog (top).
2. Link back to the person who nominated you (below logo)
3. State 7 things about yourself (below terms).
4. Nominate 15 other bloggers for this award and link to them (below 7 things).
5. Notify those bloggers of the nomination and the award’s requirements.

Seven things about me:

I’m a mouthy little shit.

I hate my body.

I would rather party in a pole barn than anywhere else.

I love with every damn bit of my heart.

I see the best in people. Often, that bites me right in my ass!

I am a very happy person, but cry easily.

I have a great penchant for love, but do NOT fuck with me. If you hurt me, we are DONE.

My nominees are:

Tales of a Charm City Chick

The Chowderhead

Christopher De Voss

Cristi Moise

Paula Acton

Benjamin Prewitt

Kayla Lords

Charlie Zero

Reclining Gentleman

You Jivin’ Me, Turkey

  1. Thanks for the nod, Renee! I didn’t get a pingback, I just happened to drop by. I think in order to get a notification you have to link a specific article, not a home page. Just lettin you know..

Keep doin what you do, you mouthy little shit! \m/

    • Thanks for the information honey. You should have gotten a comment on your most recent blog entry. Accept it or not. It’s okay. You rock my socks babe. Giggle.

      • oh god, I’m so behind o_O well double congrats then! 😀
I’m better, nervous for a big talk I’ll have today, concerning my new studies to be a caretaker.
Had another huge fight with my mom (what a surprise) but besides that I’m great 🙂
        how are you? x

      • so glad to hear you’re doing good 🙂
My lovely boyfriend is still being the lovely boy that I fell in love with 🙂
We really became a close couple. Even more than before.
        He’s so sweet and supporting…
Today, I fell asleep in his bed because I had been up all night, worrying for my big talk today with the jury.
And he just let me sleep, even made sure that no one would make loud noise that could wake me.
He watched over me and took care of me.
*Happy sigh* My match made in heaven.
How are you and Roger Darling doing? 🙂

Most of all I’ll be taking care of older people.
But I can also go to people’s houses and take care of young families, baby’s/young mothers, people with a disability, …

Or I can take some extra courses and even go work in a hospital.
        Or become a nurse.
Or specifically to take care of children, creches.

        So many options 🙂 x

      • He sure is a keeper.
And I’ll do my best to keep him for life 🙂
We have ups and downs, but every couple has 🙂

Tomorrow I’ll know if I can start or not.
        Fingers crossed! x
